The Victoria's Secret model underwent treatment on Tuesday after suffering headaches and is currently being monitored at UCLA Hospital in Westwood, Los Angeles, reported Us magazine.
A spokesperson for Ambrosio confirmed she is currently in hospital and in "good health", but did not comment further on her condition.
"Alessandra Ambrosio went to a doctor today for a scheduled medical visit and is currently in good health."
A friend said, "I have spoken to her team, her manager and everyone that went with her for her medical procedure and they say she is fine."
