The 31-year-old actress says director JJ Abrams was once told by an astronaut that he had come across extra terrestrials in space, reported E! online.
"JJ said he sat next to an astronaut once who had told him that he had seen 'forms or shapes' that make him believe in alien life which you know is really scary. And exciting," Eve said.
Eve previously revealed she feels incredibly lucky to have landed a part in the 'Star Trek' sequel.
"I feel incredibly lucky. I would say it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It's not once-in-a-lifetime, but it is rare. It's one of life's great pleasures to enjoy the group you work with, because we all know what it's like when you don't," she said.
