Seven Circle teams including holders Kerala and runners-up Tamil Nadu will take part in the two-day knock-out basis tournament, Chairman of the Organising Committee, Shiv Lal Singh (Chief General Manager Telecome (CGMT), Bihar Circle) said.
Odisha, Chhattishgarh, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh and host Bihar circle are the other participating teams besides Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Singh said.
Binay Kumar will lead the 14-members Bihar Circle team while others are : Purushottam Harsh, Mahesh Singh, Sunil Boyal, Raymond Osta, Kamlesh Kumar, Basant Kumar Singh, Dharamnath Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Brijesh Kumar, Janardan Kumar Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Viraj and Vijay Bhashkar, R P Singh, General Manager (HR) Bihar Circle said.
