At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November declined by 60 paise, or 0.44 per cent to Rs 135.35 per kg in business turnover of 3,749 lots.
Likewise, the metal for delivery in December traded lower by a similar margin to Rs 136.10 per kg in 566 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of holdings by participants owing to subdued demand from consuming industries in the physical market mainly influenced aluminium prices at futures trade.
