Hannigan got proposed by her hubby for the second time and she was pictured proudly flashing her new ring during a recent outing, reported People magazine.
"My hubby Alexis Denisof surprised me with the most romantic day of my life yesterday! Which included another proposal & ring! I said YES!.
"And now we get to have our kids at this ceremony :) It'll be shorter. We'll get to the cake sooner! YAY renewal," Hannigan tweeted.
The 39-year-old actress flashed a big smile as she stepped out in LA and showed off her new huge, round-cut diamond ring to the photographers.
