Amarinder congratulates Sindhu

Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh today congratulated Olympics silver medal winning shuttler P V Sindhu for her outstanding performance in the finals of the women's singles today.
"Irrespective of the final outcome, you put up the best and brilliant fight...No less than the champion," he said in his message to Sindhu.
"Gold doesn't really matter when you have already won over a billion hearts, keep it up, we are proud of you," Amarinder said.
Sindhu lost the final 21-19 12-21 15-21 to world number one from Spain Carolina Marin to settle for a historic silver medal at the Rio Olympic Games.
