Sources said the leaders deliberated on the party's strategy after Chief Minister Harish Rawat's reinstatement, following a Supreme Court-monitored floor test in the Assembly, is believed to have given him a head start over BJP.
Former state chief ministers B C Khanduri, Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Ramesh Pokhriyal besides the state party chief Ajay Bhat and its in-charge Shyam Jaju were among those who attended the meeting.
