Bachchan, 72, who is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film 'Shamitabh', said he cut his finger while sweeping the glass away.
"Umff! A crucible carrying my medication slipped out and smashed on the ground! Glass all over! Swept it aside... finger cut! The kite finger cut had just healed when there was fresh blood all over... Sounds gruesome no??? OK no more...," he posted on Twitter.
The 'Yudh' star also remembers his late father Harivansh Rai Bachchan as he mourns his 12th death anniversary.
