Amulya Infotech, which provides web solutions and remote infrastructure management services to overseas clients, is also foraying into domestic market, a top official of the company said today.
"As the company has good experience in cloud support services, it wants to explore the domestic market by leveraging the experience," Roopa Prabhakar, Managing Director and CEO, Amulya Infotech, told reporters here.
Stating that cloud services market in India is expected to touch USD 15-18 billion by 2020 from the present USD 6 billion, Roopa said the demand for cloud hosting is increasing and many Indian enterprises are on the look out of availing the benefits like cost saving, data security and data accessibility.
Amulya would focus on cloud services and mobile applications for its domestic foray, she said, adding it plans to develop secure mobile applications and extend its security solutions to enterprise websites in the domestic market.
The city-based company, which employs 150 persons, would scale up its human resources to 300 in another two years. It plans to hire nearly 60 persons this year, she said.
Amulya has plans to set up an office in the US since it offers support services and web solutions to more than 60 clients in key overseas markets including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.
"Operating from the city office, if need arises, we will expand and open offices in different parts of the country, Roop said.
