Speaking at a function here, organised in connection with the merger of the Socialist Janata Dal (SJD) faction led by K Krishnan Kutty with JD(S), Gowda said people of the country wanted an alternative to the Congress and BJP.
"A meeting of leaders from parties other then BJP and Congress would be held tomorrow," he said.
"People are fed up with Congress and BJP and they want a change," the former Prime Minister said.
