Popular cartoon characters will come alive at the sixth edition of the World Children Expo that promises to be an enthralling experience for children from all age groups.
Conceptualized by Creative Children Media in association with Discovery Kids and Coco Fly, the two-day event will have in store a variety of hands-on fun activities, and the latest products and services for kids which ranges from toddlers to young teens, that will not just be entertaining but also render a learning experience.
"The platform solely aims to entertain and educate all children. Our entertainment is way different than a regular carnival for children as its a mecca for next gen fun and the old age cultural phenomenons for kids.
"Our event this year will focus on the revival of the age old Indian games for kids. With the inclusion of 'Team Indus' which is our newest brand partner, we will get space exploration education for the first time in India. In 2017, we will be launching three new concept events for kids," says Rahul Gupta, Founder of World Children Expo.
The event, which will be held at the Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj here, will feature cartoon characters like 'Angry Birds', 'Pokemon' and 'Chotta Bheem' as the show stoppers.
One of the major attractions, particularly for teenagers, will be a session on India's first mission to moon, where visitors will get a chance to interact with Team Indus and its crew.
The event will also bring in an element of nostalgia for visiting adults with age-old games like 'Poshampa' and 'Hopscotch' or 'Staapu' at the 'Purani Masti Zone', while giving the current generation children a glimpse of the games played by their parents.
The Discovery Kids Zone at the exposition will feature some of the most popular characters including 'Sheikh Chilli' and 'Mahayodha Kisna'.
Other attractions include the 'Goolahan Art Zone' and 'Chakpak Tattoo Zone', besides a range of fun activities at the 'CocoFly Zone'.
The event allows free entry for kids below 6 years of age. For others, the tickets are prices at Rs 175.
