Around 200 demonstrators gathered in front of the embassy chanting: "Do not believe in the genocide lie!" an AFP photographer said.
Eggs hit the embassy wall and entrance gate, but didn't affect anyone working there.
One group of female protesters called the "Republican Women's Association" carried banners of German brands, calling for a boycott of German products.
A second group held pictures of the Holocaust alongside banners reading: "There are no such inhumane scenes in any phase of Turkish history."
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said the move will "seriously affect" the two countries' relationship.
Some carried pictures of Cem Ozdemir, a German lawmaker of Turkish origin who voted in favour of the resolution, with a red cross like a target superimposed on his face.
Ozdemir, co-chairman of the opposition Greens which was one of the parties that put forward the resolution, had already been singled out in Turkey's pro-government press as an "enemy".
