The 38-year-old actor, who parted ways with his wife after eight years of marriage last month, said she did an "amazing job" while presenting one of the awards at the event, reported Us Weekly.
"I know she did great. Anna did an amazing job. She rules! She was great. Her and Allison (Janney - her 'Mom' co- star), they both looked great," Pratt told the photographers on the sidelines of the show.
The former couple confirmed their separation by issuing a joint statement on their respective social media accounts, where they requested for privacy.
Their son, Jack, now four, was born in August 2012. He arrived nine weeks premature and spend a month in the NICU.
