When the encroachment was not removed the 'ashram' was sealed, sources said.
The controversial godman is lodged in the Central Jail in Jodhpur on charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl. Two other girls in Surat, who stayed in his Gujarat 'ashram', also accused him of rape.
