"The minimum temperature recorded at 8.30 AM was 5.2 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal. The humidity was recorded at 91 per cent," a MeT official said.
The visibility was 2000 metres.
The weatherman has predicted a clear day ahead with possibility of mist or shallow fog in some areas tomorrow morning.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle around 22 and 6 degrees Celsius," the official added.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 22.3 degrees Celsius and 8 degrees Celsius respectively.
