Ansal Properties' CFO Lalit Rustagi quits

Realty firm Ansal Properties & Infrastructure's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Lalit Rustagi has quit the company.
Sunil Gupta will be the acting CFO, the Delhi-based firm said in a filing to the BSE.
"Lalit Rustagi has ceased to hold the office as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company effective from end of the working hours on December 31, 2014. Further, Sunil Gupta, will be acting CFO," Ansal API said in the filing.
The company spokesperson said Rustagi has resigned from the company.
In the first half of this fiscal, Ansal had posted a revenue of Rs 564 crore as against Rs 798.4 crore in the year-ago period.
Ansal API has a land bank of nearly 10,000 acres and is currently developing 18 integrated townships across the country.
