Ansal Properties Q3 net profit rises at Rs 7.15 cr

Realty firm Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd's net profit increased to Rs 7.15 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 1.49 crore in the year-ago period.
Its income from operations rose by 6.4 per cent to Rs 284.15 crore during October-December quarter from Rs 267.08 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Delhi-based Ansal API has developed over 260 million sq ft of area so far. It is currently developing 18 integrated townships. The company has a land reserve of 9,731 acres, of which 7,250 acre has been acquired.
Ansal Vice Chairman Pranav Ansal said the company would continue to focus on execution of the ongoing projects.
