Ansuman Das elected Chairman of CII Odisha

Nalco CMD Ansuman Das has been elected as the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Odisha chapter.
At its AGM held here today, members of CII Odisha elected Das as the Chairman of the industry body.
A mechanical engineering from Regional Engineering College, Rourkela (now National Institute of Technology), Das has done his MBA from University of Hull, UK, with a British Council scholarship.

Ravichandran Purushothaman elected Chairman of CII Chennai * Danfoss Industries' President Ravichandran Purushothaman has been elected as the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry, Chennai Zone.
Tractor manufacturer TAFE Ltd President and Group CFO, S Chandramohan, has been appointed as Vice-Chairman, CII Chennai zone.

The nomination of the two office bearers were announced at the annual day celebrations held here yesterday, it added.

Rampur Zila Shakari Bank launches RuPay Kissan card * Rampur Zila Shakari Bank today launched RuPay Kissan card for small farmers living in remote areas and has become the first bank in the country to issue such card.
A tiller of the land shall be at liberty to draw his loan amount from any ATM across the country and can also make purchases at points of sale by swiping his card, said the bank's General Manager Anjum Khan.
The experiment, if succeeded, shall be exported to other co-operative sector banks in India, Khan added.
