The "Star Trek: Discovery" actor came forward earlier this year to allege that Spacey had made sexual advances towards him when he was just 14-years-old.
"I've been very surprised by it all. I've been very gratified by the response I've gotten from so many people. I think all of this is an important step to dismantle the machinery that allowed this sort of thing to continue," Rapp told Entertainment Tonight.
After the allegations were made, Spacey released a statement where he insisted he did "not remember the encounter" but said he "owes him the sincerest apology".
