The TRS president, who is presently a member of Parliament from Mahabubnagar, is likely to contest the Lok Sabha elections too, reportedly from Medak.
Medak, where the separate Telangana sentiment is strong, is currently represented by rebel TRS MP Vijayasanthi who has since joined Congress.
Polling for Lok Sabha and Legislative Assembly elections in Telangana region is slated for May 7.
Terming the question of alliance with Congress "a closed chapter", the TRS president said his party was in talks with CPI, a strong supporter of separate Telangana, for a tie-up, and the picture would be clear in a few days.
Continuing his attack on Telangana Congress leaders, he alleged that Telangana Congress president Ponnala Lakshmaiah had done injustice to the region as the irrigation minister in the Congress government of undivided Andhra Pradesh.
