The Maharashtra government Monday invited applications for its 'Shiv Chhatrapati' sports awards for 2017-18.
According to a press release issued by the Directorate of Sports, those who wish to apply for organisers award, can do it from November 5 to 25 on www.mumbaidivsports.com where a separate link is provided.
The international medal winners - both men and women, physically-handicapped players and coaches can apply for the awards from November 5 to December 5 on the same website.
As per the release, the applicants will need to fill and submit a form with their relevant details and documents.
The 'Shiv Chhatrapati' awards are given by the Maharashtra government to sportspersons who have excelled in their fields or brought laurels to the state and the nation.
