Farah had been judging the show from its first season in 2009 along with composer-singer Anu Malik. The duo was back on the jury for the fifth season of the show.
But, now it seems Farah is busy with her upcoming directorial venture 'Happy New Year' and is unable to give sufficient time for the show.
The first episode with Archana will be aired on May 26.
"Farah is a good friend since years. I am stepping in for her on 'Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega' because she is busy with her feature film. It is an honour and a pleasure to be part of the show," Archana said in a statement here.
The show has participants displaying their unique talent and performing for one minute without being voted out.
Actors Mona Singh and Krushna Abhishek are hosting the show, being aired on Sony TV.
