Deputy Superintendent of Police Nurul Haque said six robbers came in an MUV and stormed into the bank.
They then pointed a gun at cashier Nishant Kumar and looted Rs 3.36 lakh from the cash counter.
The robbers also snatched the mobile phone of branch manager Om Prakash Dwivedi and smashed CCTV cameras before fleeing in another MUV parked there, Haque said.
A case has been registered in this connection and raids were being carried out to nab the culprits, the DSP said.
