Army displays equipment in service for the students

About 2,000 students from the schools of Chandimandir and Rashtriya Military School, Chail (Himachal Pradesh) witnessed the display, a defence release said here.

The students showed very keen interest in the weapons displayed and were fascinated by the rides they undertook on tanks, infantry combat vehicles and artillery guns.

The aim of the display was to increase awareness among the youth on the Army ways of life and motivate them to opt for the force as a career, it added.
