Munir Hussain, a resident of Chatral area of Mendhar tehsil, was yesterday booked by the police for attempting to molest a woman, a police officer said.
The victim's husband is also in the army, he said.
The incident took place a couple of days ago when the accused had come home on leave, the officer said.
"A complaint was lodged in Police Station Mendhar where the victim's family alleged that the accused tried to molest the woman and following a statement of the victim a case under various sections have been registered," the officer said, adding, the matter is being investigated.
