Army rescue 6 labourers

Security forces today rescued six labourers, who were swept away by turbulent waters of river Chenab, in Jammu district.
The labourers were crossing the river in a boat when their vessel was swept away by strong currents of the water, officials said.
Jawans of the 16 Madras Regiment and 32 Battalion of the BSF launched an operation and rescued them, they said.
The labourers were engaged in construction work of a bridge on river Chenab in Pargwal area, the officials said.
