Party spokesman Techi Necha in a statement said that inclusion of BJP leaders from the state in the team would ensure fair estimation of the damages and provide justice to the actual victims.
A delegation led by party's state general secretary Shri Dominic Tadar extended warm welcome to Singh and expressed hope that his visit would benefit the sensitive border state.
"The party cadres remain neglected and deprived of the basic government facilities every time. In the past few years' properties of the party cadres like land, houses, business and other establishments destroyed by the natural calamities were overlooked and never been a part of the government facilities, relief and aids. And thus, remain neglected and deprived over the years," the party alleged.
