The multi-purpose cultural hall at Naharlagun near here, which would house the municipal council, has been remodelled to serve the purpose, official sources said.
Offices of the Chief Municipal Councillor, his deputy, various committee members and administrative staff would be housed in that building.
The CM would inaugurate the building tomorrow in the presence of local MLA Techi Kaso.
During his visit to the state in February, Union Human Resource Development Minister M M Pallam Raju had been impressed by the building and had advised Tuki to utilise it properly.
The ruling Congress has won the Itanagar municipality elections with absolute majority by bagging 21 of the 30 seats held on May 16.
Election to the state's another civic body, Pasighat, was held on the same day but it was yet to start functioning because of a proper office building, official sources said.
