The 38-year-old actor said he had no house so he decided to live in a homestay, reported Us magazine.
"Right after I got divorced... I didn't have a house. So I just started living in Airbnbs," Kutcher said.
The "That '70s Show" alum said one of the Airbnb hosts helped him get through the low phase.
"I went to Europe, and I flew in and got in in the middle of the night. I arrived at the Airbnb at 2 am. The person had left me dinner and a glass of wine.
Kutcher and Moore pulled the plug on their marriage in November 2011. The actor eventually filed divorce documents in December 2012 (citing irreconcilable differences), and the pair finalized the dissolve of their eight-year union in November 2013.
