Aspire Home Finance eyes 6,000 customers in TN

: Leading housing finance company, Aspire Home Finance Corporation Ltd is eyeing to add 6,000 new customers in Tamil Nadu in the FY 2017-18, as part of plans to strengthen its services in the country, a company official said today.
Aspire Home Finance Corporation Limited (AHFCL) is a subsidiary of Motilal Oswal Securities Limited (MOSL) and the first office was inaugurated here as part of commencing its operations in the region.
"Aspire Home Finance Corporation Ltd is foraying in Tamil Nadu and has set a target of adding 6,000 customers in Tamil Nadu during next fiscal," Aspire Home Finance Corporation, Risk Head, Rajaram Manian said here.
Stating that the company has taken up digitisation processes as part of reducing paper work for sanctioning the loan approvals, he said with the inauguration of Chennai office, before March 31, 2017, the company plans to cover 600 new customers.
"The Central Government under its flagship scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) has a target to set up 90 million houses to realise its mission of Housing for all by 2022," Aspire Home Finance, MD and CEO, Anil Sachidanand said in a statement, after unveiling the Chennai office.
AHFCL being among one of the first housing finance companies to build a substantial portfolio and be part of the nation building exercise, he added.
