Assam and Andhra share day 2 honors

Assam today lost their top-order, chasing Andhra Pradesh's first innings total of 297 on day two of their Ranji Trophy Group C match, here today.
Assam were 116 for four with opener Dhiraj Yadav (44) and Niral Patel (0) at the crease, still trailing by 181 runs.
Andhra Pradesh resumed at 233 for five and added 64 runs to their overnight total.
B Sumanth was top scorer for them with a 75-run knock which came off 205 balls with 12 fours.
Abu Nechim (5/62) was the pick of the bowlers for Assam with a five-wicket haul.
