"We have to demolish feudal thinking in our present system of functioning," Pipersenia said.
Speaking on the occasion, the Government of India's Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) K V Eapen said, "The aim of organising this regional conference is to expose administrative reforms department to some best practises."
The issue is simplification of procedures, process and public grievance redressal, he said, adding, digital India has now begun to transform every nook and cranny of the country.
