Attempt to murder case registered on court order

A local court has ordered the police to file an FIR in the alleged shooting of a man by unidentified men in Aligarh district.
An FIR of attempt to murder was registered at Kotwali police station here yesterday against unidentified men for allegedly thrashing and shooting at Pappu, a resident of Charra village in Aligarh district.
The complainant had to move court as the police station refused to entertain his complaint.
Investigation has been initiated in the matter, police said.
