The plan was jointly developed at the second India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS-II) in Addis Ababa in 2011 to deepen India-Africa strategic partnership to promote sustainable development, and to implement outcomes of the First India-Africa Forum Summit.
The Plan will be adopted on Friday during the visit of the four-member delegation, led by Ambassador Jean-Baptiste Natama, Chief of Staff of the Bureau of the AUC Chairperson, the External Affairs Ministry said here today, adding implementation of the programmes especially in the area of capacity building has already begun.
The delegation is also scheduled to call on Minister of State for External Affairs Preneet Kaur and will participate in an interactive session with the Heads of African Missions here.
