Auto driver arrested for molestating passenger

A 45-year-old auto driver was today arrested on the charge of molesting a middle-aged woman, who filed a police caomplaint against the accused, the police said.
According to the police, Mujahid Ali, 45, was arrested after the woman filed a police compliant accusing the auto driver of molesting him near the South City Mall last night.
Bengal transport minister Madan Mitra intervened and the auto driver was arrested.
The driver after being arrested filed a counter- complaint accusing the woman of beating him up after they had quarreled.
