Police arrested Imran Ismail Shaikh in connection with the incident while the search for others was on, a senior police officer of Dindoshi police station said.
Imran had recently started an illegal parking facility at Santosh Nagar in Dindoshi, but he did not get much business from auto drivers as there was already a parking lot in the area.
Upset, Imran and others allegedly vandalised the rickshaws parked at the rival parking lot.
Shaikh had a case of assault registered against him in the past.
