The 28-year-old singer announced her engagement to the Nickelback frontman last August and they have been busy planning their upcoming wedding, reported Daily Express.
"I got 'Live in the Moment' in French: 'Vivre le moment present.' I said, 'I got a surprise for you, took him to get tattooed.' He probably was thinking I was going to take him to the Eiffel Tower or something," she said.
Lavigne also said the couple's wedding has been booked and she has taken care of most of the details.
