Azafran Innovacion ties up with Aditya Birla More Megastore

Personal care company Azafran Innovacion today said it has tied up with Aditya Birla Retail Ltd to sell its products across the latter's hyper market chain More Megastore.
Azafran's entire range of organic personal care products will be available in 20 More Megastore outlets of Aditya Birla pan India, the company said in a release.
"There is a strong preference for organic personal care products among South Indians. We have entered into this partnership to cater to these buyers and strengthen our reach in the South Indian market," Azafran Innovacion Business Head, TR Suresh said.
Aditya Birla has 20 More Megastores in India including 11 in Bangalore and three in Hyderabad and also in New Delhi, Mumbai, Guragon, Mysore and Indore.

The tie up will further facilitate the reach of Azafrans organic products to its target markets, the company said.

KEC International Ltd today announced the merger of its five wholly owned step-down subsidiaries with another wholly owned step-down subsidiary SAE Towers Holdings LLC.
"The company's five wholly owned step-down subsidiaries, which were incorporated as special purpose vehicle at Delaware, USA, have been merged with another wholly owned step-down subsidiary i.e., SAE Towers Holdings LLC effective from September 29," the company said in a filing to BSE.
