Babul Supriyo lauds CBI

Lauding the progress made by CBI in the Saradha scam, BJP MP Babul Supriyo today hoped that the investigating agency would 'tighten the knot' around the culprits and politicians involved in it so that the defrauded investors get justice.
"As per media reports, it seems that CBI investigation is making a good progress. I hope that CBI completes the investigation soon so that those who have cheated people, those politicians who have looted public money are booked and justice is delivered to those poor people who have lost the money," the playback-turned-politician told reporters on the sidelines of a EPFO programme here.

"CBI is an organised institution. We have already seen that chief minister Jayalalitha has been sent to jail. The law will move in its own course," he said.
The city sessions court hearing the Saradha scam case yesterday allowed accused and suspended a Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh to submit his statements before the CBI investigating officer in jail within his renewed custody till October 21.
"This is indeed a new thing that has come up. Lets wait and watch," he said.
