"As per media reports, it seems that CBI investigation is making a good progress. I hope that CBI completes the investigation soon so that those who have cheated people, those politicians who have looted public money are booked and justice is delivered to those poor people who have lost the money," the playback-turned-politician told reporters on the sidelines of a EPFO programme here.
The city sessions court hearing the Saradha scam case yesterday allowed accused and suspended a Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh to submit his statements before the CBI investigating officer in jail within his renewed custody till October 21.
"This is indeed a new thing that has come up. Lets wait and watch," he said.
