During his 'Jawani Sambhal Cycle Yatra' here, he said Congress "will make Badals account for this sin of miring youths in drugs" once it comes to power in the state.
"The Badal family was squarely responsible for rendering a body blow to state's youth by hooking them on drugs. The family will be made to answer for it when Congress, led by Amarinder Singh, would be enthroned in the upcoming assembly polls," he said.
Channi called upon the youth of the state to "vote against SAD-BJP government to topple the anti-people and anti-youths government".
Channi had yesterday begun his second phase of the cycle yatra from Morinda which will culminate on November 11 in Amritsar after covering 22 Assembly constituencies.
