Talking to media here, the secretary general of Shiromani Akali Dal said Badal is fit and fine.
"And he (Badal) himself has said that he is ready to take over the reins of the state for the next time too," Dhindsa said.
Dhindsa was replying to a query whether party president and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal is ready to take over the office of the chief minister.
He claimed the SAD-BJP alliance will fight assembly elections together and alliance would form next government.
He, however, added that differences of opinions existed everywhere and it did not amount to strained relations between two parties.
Asked about any bail out package from NDA government for the state, he said that Centre is giving many projects to the state and SAD will further press for the more.
