He was replying to a question on Raninder Singh 'Tikku', who has not been campaigning for party candidates in Samana constituency.
Tikku, son of former Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, briefly made a public appearance in Patiala city during a function organised at National Institute of Sports on April 30.
