The tournament, revived after 20 years and restricted to under-21, would see six clubs from Goa and two from Pune battling it out, said a media release.
The six Goan teams are Salgaocar FC, Sporting Clube de Goa, Dempo SC, Churchill Brothers SC, Goa Velha SC and Snows Football Academy. Two top football academies from Pune - DSK Shivajians and Pune Football Club - will also take part.
Winners will receive Rs 1 lakh and runners-up Rs 75,000.
