Bangladesh team beat Afghan side in Subroto Cup

Kidha Siksha Pratisthan of Bangladesh beat Afghanistan's Afghan National Army School 3-2 in a Group H match of the 55th Subroto Cup Under-14 International Football Tournament here today.
Striker Mohammed Jewell scored a hat-trick to earn full points for the Bangladesh outfit after the Afghan team levelled twice at the Ambedkar Stadium.
Meanwhile, in a Group G match, Government Model High School, Chandigarh, beat Uttar Pradesh's Army Boys HRDC 2-0 with Jeakson and K Singh scoring on either side of the half.
Madhya Pradesh's Emerald Heights School drew 1-1 with Bhutan's Loseling Lower Secondary School in the group's other match.
In the third match of the day, IPSC Vallabh Ashram's MGM and V N Savani School, Gujarat, thrashed Sri Lanka's Zahira College 5-1.
For the Gujarat outfit, Siddharth scored four times while K.Mishra netted once. Arosha is the lone goal scorer for the Sri Lankan team.
