Bank manager arrested on rape charges

A bank manager was arrested today for allegedly raping a woman, police said here.
The woman, in her complaint, said that the manager of Shamshabad branch of the State Bank of India, Narendra Gangwar had called her over to his house in connection with her loan matter and raped her last night, police sources said.
She somehow managed to flee from the house in the morning and reached Kotwali police station and lodged a complaint.
The woman has been sent to the district hospital for medical examination, they said.
Meanwhile, the arrested manager has termed the allegation as a conspiracy against him.
