Bank of Maharashtra starts helpline on demonetisation

The public sector lender Bank of Maharashtra today said it has started a helpline for customers of all banks in the state to answer queries related to the demonetisation and exchange of notes.
The bank is the convener of State Level Bankers' Committee (SLBC) for Maharashtra.
Any customer can call on '1800-233-7771' to get information regarding demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes, it said in a statement here.
