The 25-year-old star said the actor even made fun of her music career before the altercation took place, reported AceShowbiz.
"Every time something like this happens, I'm always being blamed for wanting this kind of attention.
"Like, who wants to tell someone they got spat on? That's humiliating. I'm just really, really humiliated," said Banks.
Banks, in a Facebook post, claimed that the Oscar-winning actor physically abused her when she was attending a party at his suite.
"Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today. I wish I had someone to beat him up for me," she wrote.
However, the posts were later deleted by Banks.
