The State Intelligence Department has kept a close watch on the activities of such organisations, Radhakrishnan said during question hour.
Seven terror related cases, including the camp held by SIMI activists at Wagamon, were handed over to the National Investigating Agency, he said.
Radhakrishnan also brought to the notice of the House Union Home Minister P Chidambaram's statement that two or three organisations in the state seem to be providing some kind of support to extremists.
However, the Union Minister had refused to divulge their names, Radhakrishnan said.
During his visit to the state on June 27, Chidambaram had said two or three organisations seem to be providing some kind of support to extremist outfits.
