Nagapattinam District Collector S Pazhanisamy said the tournament, concluding on January 29, will be conducted in three categories -- Under-14, Under-17 and Under-19.
School students from various states, including Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Telangana, Goa, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh will be participating in the event.
The tournament is being organised by the Tamil Nadu School Education Department.
