Naomi Watts, Ben Stiller, Adam Driver and Amanda Seyfried star in the comedy, reported Deadline.
The film centres around a couple facing middle age (Watts and Stiller), who become friends with a much younger couple (Driver and Seyfried).
They feel rejuvenated by the relationship, but their friends begin to worry that they are losing touch with reality.
The film is Baumbach's follow-up to 2013's 'Frances Ha'.
'While We're Young' will open in the US on March 27, 2015.
